We found exactly the car we wanted at Avenue Cars. A small automatic which they specialise in. It was a low mileage Toyota Yaris. Everything we wanted. Good price good service. GREAT EXPERIENCE
Bought a Honda CRZ from Avenue Cars. At the time it had a broken headlight which James promised he would replace. Headlights for these cars are like hens teeth to get hold of but James persevered and finally found one and had it fitted for me at no expense to myself. Need to share this. Bought a 5 year old Astra in 2017 from Avenue Cars. Subsequently moved to London.. but didn't want to upgrade the car as just wanted a little run around - so the car is almost 9 years old now. Car was amazing from the time I got it.. Bought a lovely 2008 Mercedes ML 320 CDI 4x4 from James a few months ago. The vehicle was immaculate, had a good service history, and only 120k on the clock (if you know Mercs, that’s not much). It’s been back and forth to the Lakes a couple of times since then, and exhibits all the main virtues of the other two Mercedes 4x4s I previously owned from new. It will live in the Lakes and no doubt this Winter earn its keep, while its RWD stablemate stays at home. James has dealt promptly with any questions or minor issues and is very pleasant to deal with to boot. Thoroughly recommended.

I have recently bought a car from Avenue Cars, and the customer service provided was outstanding. Both Julie and James were exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. The car had been cleaned inside and out, to an inch of its life. They answered all our questions. After seeing the vehicle and test driving it, I then proceeded to take it straight home. I had a question once we got home, which was missed when I had been with them, they answered it immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I highly recommend them, and would definitely go back, to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Julie and James for making the whole experience a pleasure.

Brought my 2013 plate fiesta here. The dealer is honest and very reliable. My cars coolant system packed up within the warranty which was 6 or 12 months cant remember. This can happen to any car brand new or second hand. And fiestas are known for coolant faults. He booked the car into the garage that second I called him and the problem was rectified within 24 hours. The garage also sang avenue cars praises. Dont get many people this honest and reliable anymore. Will 100% use this man again and use his advise. I'd recommend him to anyone. thanks for your help and support 👍
